Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to implement quality systems and ensure regulatory compliance for ice cream production. The role focuses on QA processes, material and finished product verification, and driving improvements across the site.

The ideal candidate has a background in microbiology or food science and hands-on QA experience in food manufacturing, with strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotech, Chemistry, Chemical Engineer, BS Biology, BS BioChem)
• Experience in quality assurance in food & beverage manufacturing
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work end-to-end with ownership and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Implement Magnum Ice Cream specifications and QMS in line with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate HACCP program and communicate food safety issues to supervisor
• Review SOPs, work instructions, and forms for QA readiness
• Verify materials and finished products against specifications and generate QA reports
• Monitor process controls, traceability, and deviations; recommend corrective actions
• Support internal audits, external certifications, and KPI tracking
• Coordinate global incident management and product recalls as needed
• Contribute to Quality Pillar activities and data-driven decision making
