Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development is seeking a QA Engineer to manage procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination for construction projects in NCR and provincial sites. You will handle procurement of materials, prepare estimates, and monitor budgets and expenses.

The role requires a BS Civil Engineering degree (licensed preferred) with 1–2 years of construction experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to be deployed across NCR and provincial sites is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Assist in billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in project expense reports and KPI reports.
• Support higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for office activities and transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
