Job summary

The University of St. La Salle is seeking a QS Engineer to oversee procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination for construction projects across NCR and provincial sites.

Key duties include material procurement, preparing estimates and quotations, and monitoring budgets. You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, assist senior engineers, and help generate project expense reports. Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Handle billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in project expense reports and material monitoring KPIs.
• Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
