Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering graduate, licensed preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regular monitoring of materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinating with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Handling billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generating or assisting in project expense reports and materials monitoring.
• Assisting higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Creating master schedules and monitoring progress and delays.
• Preparing documents for all office activities and transactions.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.
