Job summary

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) in Laguna seeks a seasoned Internal Auditor to lead ISO/quality system audits in a manufacturing environment. You will organize audit schedules, generate performance analyses, and drive improvements across PH sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in an EMS setting, deep knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, ISO14001, and strong auditing, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in an EMS company.
• At least 3 years as Internal Auditor on Manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environment.
• Broad knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, ISO14001.
• Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools and Industry Regulations.
• Excellent auditing and analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, plans, and finalizes the systems audit schedule/program (covering Manufacturing and Support Groups).
• Generates analysis reports for system audit performance and summaries of investigations for highlighted issues.
• Leads the gap assessment for changes and revisions to international standards.
• Supports audit readiness through the conduct of pre-audit activities.
• Participates in actual audits and presentations.
• Develops various general procedures towards improvement and standardization for PH sites.
• Spearheads discussions on systems improvement with other groups, including activities for fan-out, best practices, etc.
• Performs special trainings to business units on selected requirements of ISO standard

• Broad knowledge and understanding on the requirements of different international standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, ISO14001)
• Knowledgeable on various industry requirements as follows: Automotive Core Tools and Industry Regulations
• Excellent auditing and analytical skills
• Good communication (both oral and written) & presentation skills
