Job summary

Shera Building Solution (Philippines) Corp. is seeking a seasoned QHSE Manager to lead quality, health, safety, and environmental programs in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

This full-time role reports to senior management and drives policy development, training, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance across all operations. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in QHSE, with at least 3 years in leadership, and holds OSH-related certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 7–10 years in QHSE roles, with ≥3 years in leadership.
• Professional certifications in Audit and OSH.
• Strong knowledge of PH occupational health, safety, and environmental laws.
• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team building.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and QHSE software.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSE systems.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Create and deliver QHSE training programs.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Manage KPIs on quality, safety, and environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with laws and certifications.
• Lead QHSE documentation and SOP development.
• Promote a strong safety culture through leadership.
• Coordinate with managers to embed QHSE in planning.
• Prepare and present QHSE reports to senior management.
