Job summary

Dermesse Inc. is seeking a QC & QA Supervisor to lead quality control and assurance activities and ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality standards. The role oversees laboratory testing, CAPA processes, and product release support.

You will supervise QC Analysts, maintain data integrity, and drive quality improvement initiatives across functions. The ideal candidate has a laboratory background in chemistry or a related field, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with GMP and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, preferably cosmetics/pharma/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, laboratory testing, CAPA, OOS, deviations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supervising or training QC personnel is an advantage.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Control and Assurance operations.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance across laboratory and production activities.
• Oversee laboratory testing and operations.
• Manage OOS, deviations, CAPA, and quality investigations.
• Review RM, PM, Bulk, and FG testing and support product release.
• Supervise, train, and monitor QC Analysts.
• Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and record management.
• Oversee laboratory equipment, test methods, and controls.
• Maintain audit and inspection readiness.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
