Job summary

Triton Industrial Plastic Mfg. is seeking a qualified QC/QA Supervisor to oversee inspection activities in the production area and ensure conformity to specifications. The role includes supervising inspectors, updating approved samples, and formulating quality control systems.

Candidates should hold an Industrial Engineering degree and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in QC/QA, with a preference for those with plastics injection experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Plastic Injection is an advantage.
• Has 2 years experience in QC/ QA Supervisory functions.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials in Prod Area are inspected and conform to specifications for production use.
• Oversee Production quality and out-turn of products.
• Supervise Quality Inspectors' performance in Incoming and In-Process inspections.
• Ensure approved samples are properly updated.
• Formulate Quality Control System and Procedures.

• Responsible for Production quality out-turn products
• Supervises the Quality Inspectors' performance both Incoming and In-Process with regards to inspection activities
• Sees to it that approved samples are properly updated
• Formulates Quality Control System and Procedures
