The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting and monitoring raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role helps maintain product consistency, prevent defects, and support continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, components, in-process production, and finished products.
• Verify that products meet required specifications, standards, and drawings before release.
• Record inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain proper documentation.
• Report non-conformities and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Use measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment accurately.
• Monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, and company procedures.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support customer/third-party inspections.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in inspection areas.
• Provide feedback to production and management for continuous quality improvement.
