Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized QuickBooks Online Back-End Specialist to blend financial administration with executive support. You will manage QB data, produce monthly reports, and ensure records are accurate while coordinating with clients and vendors.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of QBO experience, solid accounting knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting (P/L and balance sheet).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calendar management and appointment scheduling experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work within MST hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide QuickBooks support: link bank accounts, maintain COA, categorize transactions.
• Reconcile QuickBooks with bank and credit card accounts; enter and organize data.
• Create monthly management reports; review P&L and balance sheets.
• Communicate with customers to obtain bank statements; support bookkeeping processes.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate missing information; maintain organized records.
• Communicate with vendors for W9s/1099s; provide general administrative assistance.
