Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to oversee MEP, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, and related building services inspections in line with approved drawings, project specs, ITPs and client requirements. Coordinate with project teams to manage approvals, inspections and documentation, ensuring compliance and traceability across all stages of the work.

Qualifications

• QA/QC responsibilities for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and related building services.
• Inspections, testing, commissioning, and system integration to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC activities for MEP and related systems per drawings, specs, ITPs and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineering, construction, consultants, vendors and subcontractors to manage approvals, method statements, inspections, testing procedures, NCRs and documentation.
• Verify workmanship, installation standards, material traceability, test results and as-built records; monitor testing and commissioning including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, ELV and utilities.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records and handover documentation; drive continuous improvement and support HSE during inspections.
