Ensure the quality and compliance of all platform deliverables, in-house features, and third-party integrations through rigorous testing. This role focuses on mobile-first regression, payment and KYC workflows, and provider launch validation, working closely with Business Analysts and Product Managers to deliver a seamless player experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Functional Testing: Test all platform deliverables, in-house features, and third-party integrations for accuracy and stability.
Regression Testing: Execute mobile-first regression testing across multiple devices and browsers.
Compliance Validation: Validate KYC flows, payment rails, and withdrawal logic to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Provider Launch Testing: Test new game provider integrations and platform updates before go-live.
API Testing: Perform API-level tests for payment gateways, KYC services, and platform integrations.
Defect Management: Log, track, and verify defects in collaboration with development teams; ensure timely resolution.
UAT Support: Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing with internal stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed test cases, results, and sign-off reports for audit readiness.
The Successful Candidate:
Experience: 3–5 years in QA/UAT for consumer-facing applications; experience in online gaming or fintech is a plus.
Skills: Strong knowledge of API testing, payment workflows, and KYC processes; familiarity with mobile-first testing strategies.
Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Postman (or similar API tools), and test management systems; experience with automation frameworks is an advantage.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, systematic, and proactive in identifying edge cases and compliance gaps.
