Job summary

Smartrecruitment is seeking a QA/UAT specialist for a consumer-facing online gaming/fintech client in Manila. You will validate API tests, payment workflows, and KYC flows, ensuring platform quality before go-live.

The role requires 3–5 years of QA/UAT experience, with strong knowledge of mobile-first testing, JIRA, and Postman. Collaboration with BAs and PMs is essential for success onsite in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in QA/UAT for consumer-facing applications.
• Experience in online gaming or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Functional Testing: Test platform deliverables, in-house features, and third-party integrations for accuracy and stability.
• Regression Testing: Execute mobile-first regression testing across devices and browsers.
• Compliance Validation: Validate KYC flows, payment rails, and withdrawal logic per regulatory requirements.
• Provider Launch Testing: Test new game provider integrations and platform updates before go-live.
• API Testing: Perform API-level tests for payment gateways, KYC services, and platform integrations.
• Defect Management: Log, track, and verify defects with development teams; ensure timely resolution.
• UAT Support: Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing with internal stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain test cases, results, and sign-off reports for audit readiness.
