Qualifications

• 6-10 years in software QA/quality engineering; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong experience in automation testing (functional, API, regression).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, shift-left testing, and Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead quality engineering strategy and governance across digital products.
• Manage QA teams, ensuring capability growth and execution.
• Oversee test planning, execution, UAT, and release readiness.
