Job summary

IQ Packaging Systems, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and initiate QA systems, establish quality standards, and collaborate with Logistics and Operations for product specifications.

The role requires a BS Food Technology, Chemical Eng, Micro, or related degree with at least 2 years in manufacturing/logistics. Willing to work six days in Meycauayan, Bulacan, and lead a team. Strong QA and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in food tech, chemical eng, microbiology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics experience.
• Background in logistics preferred.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capability.
• Willing to work six days a week on shifting schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Develops and initiates Quality Assurance Systems and Programs.
• Responsible in establishing quality standards
• Coordinates with Logistics and Operations for processes and specifications of new and existing products.
• Develop QA plans and other required process control procedures to ensure processes, work in progress and finished goods meet the specified quality and standards.
• Continuously evaluate the quality and food safety system for product and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the other concerned department.
• Handle questions and complaints from clients.
• Conducts Monthly Good Manufacturing Practices Audit on factory.
