Job summary

IGO TECHONOLOGIES is seeking a Quality Engineer – Test Management to lead software testing across multiple projects. The role focuses on developing test strategies, ensuring coverage, managing resources, and driving quality throughout the SDLC with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
• Experience creating test strategies, test plans, and QA frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of testing tools including JIRA, ALM, Selenium, JMeter, Postman and Cypress.
• Experience managing functional, regression, performance, UAT and integration testing.
• Solid SDLC and Agile knowledge (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Experience with defect management and test traceability.
• Ability to analyze requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Experience leading or managing a QA/Test team.
• Strong resource planning, task assignment and workload management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and QA frameworks.
• Plan and manage testing activities across the SDLC.
• Coordinate QA and testing teams and assign tasks.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure testing aligns with Agile methodologies.
