Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree, Certification or Equivalent combination of Training and Experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or quality control roles.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and tools.
• Proficiency in QA techniques, testing methodologies, and software testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies and standards.
• Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure QA effectiveness.
• Plan, design, and execute QA tests for defects and non-conformities.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Document test plans, cases, scripts, and results.
