Job summary

J&F Foods is seeking a detail-oriented QMS System/Documentation specialist to manage quality documentation, audit reports, and compliance with regulations in our Cavite plant.

You will read manuals, prepare records, coordinate CAPA, and train staff on food safety and quality standards, delivering monthly performance reports and ensuring controlled documents are current.

Job description

QMS System/Documentation

• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
• Read manuals, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Provide creative solutions for reviewing data and solving problems identified.
• Reviews and verifies document records to ensure the documentation complies with regulations and internal quality control practices.
• Scans of paper documents to electronic dissemination through email and digitalize the records.
• Responsible for filing and maintenance of all controlled documents and records. Maintains documentation manuals to ensure accuracy and current information.

Food Safety and Quality

• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Make recommendations for improvement.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
• Works closely through reports with the technical and production teams on support and development tasks.

Training and Development

• Ensures that there is a training participation under the umbrella of corresponding departments.
• Facilitates and engaged training sessions to the existing employees as refresher and food safety quality awareness.

Monthly Performance

• Provides monthly reports Tools and Equipment Calibration Monitoring, Finished Goods and Swab Monitoring, QAN & QARR Monitoring, Training Monitoring, Complaint Monitoring, CAPA Monitoring
• Timely reporting of all immediate food safety quality concern in the Toll plant to QA Toll Supervisor
