Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to design quality standards, inspect materials and processes, and develop QC systems across construction projects. The role requires relocation to project sites and engagement in all QA/QC activities from planning to remedial action.

The ideal candidate is a licensed engineer with 5+ years in large infrastructure projects and holds a CQM for Contractors certification, with strong English

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with at least 5 years on large infrastructure projects.
• Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of onsite QA and construction safety surveillance on commercial/military projects.
• Experience in pre-stressing works and concrete mix-design under varied construction conditions.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and testing time limits are established.
• Oversee materials quality through laboratory tests.
• Review technical specs and standard construction specs for works.
• Review standard test forms and QA testing schedules and evaluate results.
• Assess contractor practices and recommend remedial actions.
• Collaborate with project engineers and consultants to set inspection/testing procedures.
• Conduct initial source surveys for materials ensuring value for the project.
• Perform other related duties as required.
