Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to design quality standards, inspect materials and processes, and develop control systems to ensure construction quality across sites. The candidate must be a licensed engineer with extensive on-site QA/QC and safety experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with minimum 5 years in large infrastructure projects.
• Experience in on-site construction QA/QC and safety surveillance.
• Familiar with concrete mix-design and pre-stressing works.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare QA/QC plans for new construction and refurbishment work.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures including inspection timelines, sampling and testing.
• Oversee material quality through laboratory tests.
• Review specifications and recommend standard construction practices.
• Review test forms, QA testing schedules and evaluate results.
• Assess contractor practices and suggest remedial actions as needed.
• Coordinate with project engineers/consultants on inspection/testing procedures.
• Conduct initial source surveys for materials to ensure value for the project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
