Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years QA/QC experience in construction.
• Knowledgeable in roofing installation standards.
• Skilled in inspection, documentation, and punch listing.
• Able to prepare inspection and turnover reports.
• Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects anywhere in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Verify material specifications, quality and compliance with approved standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of installation works.
• Perform periodic tests on installed roofing and gutter systems.
• Maintain inspection logs, quality checks and daily reports.
• Prepare punch lists and follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct final inspections before project turnover.
• Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete for client approval.
