Job summary

HireMe.ph in Batangas is seeking a QA Supervisor to implement QA/QC programs and ensure adherence to ISO-related procedures. You will evaluate processes, drive improvements to yields, reduce rework, and cut costs while leading QA teams and coordinating with customers and suppliers on quality issues.

The role requires 1+ year in QA supervision within manufacturing, a college degree, and willingness to relocate inside FPIP Sto. Tomas Batangas.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate with at least 1 year of experience as QA Supervisor in a manufacturing setup.
• Must have at least 1 year of QA experience as a supervisor.
• Willing to work or relocate inside FPIP Sto. Tomas Batangas.
• Willing to render overtime on regular days, rest days, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC program and ISO-related procedures.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to improve yields and reduce costs.
• Organize and lead teams to drive continuous improvement and cost/delivery objectives.
• Inspect, audit, and report on materials, processes, and products for conformance.
• Monitor calibration and day-to-day QA/QC activities across teams.

Job description

Hiring Background: due to retirement
Implements QA/QC program.
Makes procedures related to ISO.
Executes all quality-related actions of the project and ensures that they are performed according to pre-defined processes and project requirements.
Evaluates the current manufacturing processes and improves yields, eliminates rework, and reduces cost.
Organizes and leads teams to drive continuous improvement activities to achieve cost and delivery objectives.
Interfaces with all other engineering components within the organization, and with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
Inspects, audits, and reports on materials, processes, and product using variable or attribute measuring instruments and techniques to ensure conformance with the customer specifications.
Monitors team leaders, assistant team leaders, and line leaders. QA/QC staff and inspectors' day-to-day activities.
Verifies judgment of team leader, assistant team leader, line leader, and inspectors on plating quality.
Verifies and gives disposition of non-conforming products.
Supervises training for newly hired inspectors.
Monitors and documents the effectiveness of countermeasures for quality-related problems.
Issues various reports (Work Procedure, Abnormality Report, and Monthly Report).
Monitors the calibration schedule of all measuring instruments.

Regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday 800～1700 (sometimes overtime may be required)
