Job summary

Jackstones Properties Inc. is seeking a Project-Based Architect with a QA/QC focus to ensure that designs, materials, and on-site activities meet approved plans, corporate standards, and building codes. You will gatekeep design integrity and execution quality across development projects.

The role requires 1–3 years in architectural design and site supervision, with at least 2 years in QA/QC within real estate development or vertical construction projects. On-site work in Quezon City is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• License: Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA).
• Experience: 1–3 years in architectural design and site supervision, with 2+ years QA/QC in real estate or vertical construction.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, plans, and specs to spot design conflicts before construction.
• Create QA checklists for architectural design phases and ensure code compliance.
• Inspect on-site works to verify adherence to drawings and specs and manage NCRs.
• Lead final punch-list and coordinate corrective actions to turnover.
