Qualifications

• BS/BE in CS, IT, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in QA performance or load testing, seniority dependent.
• Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and web servers optimization.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design performance test plans and cases for applications and infrastructure.
• Execute tests to assess normal, peak, and stress conditions.
• Analyze metrics like response times, throughput, and resources.
• Identify bottlenecks and memory leaks impacting reliability.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly.
• Collaborate with Dev and Ops to optimize performance.
• Mentor junior staff where applicable.
• Stay updated with performance testing trends.
