Job summary

SB Finance is seeking a QA/Underwriting quality assurance professional to ensure compliance with underwriting manuals and guidelines. The role includes reviewing loan applications and documentation, and monitoring the quality of the underwriting team's work.

You will verify information, monitor SLA adherence, analyze QA data, and recommend improvements to the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–4 years of banking/financial experience, credit evaluation.
• Knowledge of credit process, monitoring and evaluation techniques, and good communication skills.

Job description

THE ROLE

Ensures compliance with policies and procedures based on underwriting manuals and guidelines. Completes quality evaluations that may be required on a regular interval. Monitor the quality of work of the Underwriting Team. Review and verify processed loan applications and documentation.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure credit underwriting compliance with the policies and procedures to control risk.
• Verify correctness of information and review various documents provided and captured on the system. Monitors team performance and adherence to SLA.
• Analyze quality assurance data and making recommendations for process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Mathematics
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial, Credit Evaluation
• Knowledge on credit process, monitoring and evaluation techniques, self-motivated, detail oriented, verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
