Job summary

CVM Finance in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to verify loan applications, ensure the integrity of credit assessments, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.

You will monitor accounts receivable, support ISO compliance, and participate in training while upholding CVM Finance core values. College-level education and credit experience are preferred.

Job description

General Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure proper verification of all loan applications by enforcing the established policies and procedures on loan processing and application of credit scoring.




2. Ensure integrity of credit assessment reports.




3. Submit all necessary reports to his/her superior as required.




4. Ensure integrity and honesty of all financial transactions relating to his/her area and that the same are duly supported with the correct, complete and truthful document files or records.




5. Practice the CVM Finance Core Values for all transactions and activities at all times.




6. Participate in all training and development programs.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assessment - Reviews verification report and assess loans within the set standards.




2. AR Monitoring - Prepare accounts receivable (for internal analysis) report and analysis to identify strength and weaknesses in controls and procedures of the operational procedures and recommend possible changes to correct these weaknesses.




3. ISO Compliance - Ensure compliance based on ISO standard.
