Job summary

Square Pharmaceutical, Inc. in Cavite is seeking a meticulous QA/QC Inspector for Finished Goods to support production quality assurance. You will randomly sample finished products, perform inspections and tests per SOPs, and ensure GMP compliance on the floor.

You will also prepare and submit FG inspection reports, attach release or reject stickers, verify documentation from Production, and maintain retention samples and related records. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic inspection skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in manufacturing QA/QC inspection or GMP is preferred.
• Good writing and communication abilities are essential.
• College graduates preferred for entry-level to mid-level QA/QC roles.

Responsibilities

• Randomly collect samples from finished goods using established sampling methodologies (AQL/LTPD).
• Perform inspection and physical tests on samples per SOPs.
• Implement GMP in inspection activities.
• Submit FG inspection reports and FGTS to QA Supervisor.
• Attach quality stickers for release or rejection of samples.
• Verify completeness of BPR/PDR forwarded by Production Department.
• Maintain all records of inspection and audit.
• Collect samples for retention, stability study and batch notification (if applicable).
• Maintain records and inventory of retention samples.
• Handle and maintain QA Retention Area.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Good Manufacturing Practices in the performance of inspection activities

• Submit FG inspection reports and Finished Goods Transfer Slip (FGTS) to QA Supervisor

• Attach quality sticker for products upon release or reject of samples

• Conduct verification of the completeness of BPR/PDR forwarded by Production Department

• Maintain all records of inspection and audit

• Collect samples for retention, stability study and batch notification (if applicable)

• Maintain records and inventory of retention samples

• Handle and maintain QA Retention Area

About you

• College undergraduate or graduate

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing QA/QC Inspection, FG Inspection, GMP

• Efficient worker with good inspection skills

• Good writing and communication skills
