Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Engineer (Manual & Automation Tester) responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through both manual and automated testing approaches. The ideal candidate will be able to understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements, design and execute comprehensive test strategies, develop reusable automation scripts, and drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

The candidate will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to identify defects, validate functionality, improve testing processes, and ensure software meets defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Analysis

• Support quality audits and compliance activities.
• Maintain and distribute updated quality standards and technical documentation.

Reporting & Metrics

• Produce and maintain test execution reports, defect reports, and quality dashboards.
• Track and analyze quality assurance KPIs including:
