Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. seeks a QA Engineer - Level II to drive QA activities for new and existing systems, develop test plans, execute tests, and communicate issues within an established framework.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of QA testing concepts in IT systems development.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Knowledge of data analytics, BI reporting, and data warehouse concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or similar query tools to retrieve and profile complex data.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains detailed test plans and schedules.
• Manages QA tasks, risk assessment, and communication with stakeholders.
• Performs defect analysis and ensures proper issue reporting and tracking.
• Documents Test Strategy and Test Plans and provides status updates to management.
