Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level QA Engineer to support a Power BI Migration project. The role focuses on validating data and ensuring data integrity across migrated sources, reports, and dashboards.

You will perform backend testing, data quality checks, and SQL validation, working closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to resolve data-related issues throughout regression, integration, and release testing cycles.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Software QA, Backend Testing, Database Testing, or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data.
• Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Perform backend testing for data migration and reporting solutions.
• Execute data quality testing to validate accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of migrated data.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues.
• Verify Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets against source systems.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to resolve data-related issues.
• Participate in regression, integration, and release testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test documentation.
