Job summary

CloudPay in Manila is seeking an energetic QA Engineer to join the Agile Product Development team. You will help define, build, maintain and support the customer experience, collaborating with peers and stakeholders globally to ensure smooth use of the CloudPay platform.

The role emphasizes test automation growth with tools like Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, and involves designing robust UI/API test suites within a CI/CD framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing with some test automation.
• Ability to analyze requirements to derive test scenarios and cases.
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, regression and exploratory testing.
• Take ownership for testing requirements of major modules in products.
• Mentor junior testers in the team.
• Work in an agile product team and participate in ceremonies.
• Design, build and execute UI, API and integration test suites for web apps.
• Analyze automation results, report bugs, and track them to closure.
• Communicate technical details of bugs and automation results to developers.
• Develop and maintain automated nightly build acceptance tests.
