About the role
The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product and process conformity through effective quality systems, inspections, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy of inspection reports, maintain complete inspection records, and assist in the preparation of inspection certificates as required.
Perform required laboratory testing and quality verification procedures.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of QA inspection and testing equipment.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems, procedures, and standards in compliance with company requirements and ISO standards.
Monitor and analyze production and subcontractor processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Conduct process audits, quality inspections, and evaluations across operations and subcontractors.
Lead investigations related to defects, customer complaints, and quality deviations, ensuring effective CAPA implementation and follow-up.
Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Review and analyze quality data, inspection results, and performance trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective control, segregation, and disposition of nonconforming products, including verification of corrective action effectiveness.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
Graduate of engineering course or its equivalent, preferably licensed.
Preferably with working knowledge in the manufacturing environment as a Quality personnel.
Experience in off-set printing and rigid box packaging will have an advantage.
High technical and analytical skills.
