Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan, PH is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for full-time, hybrid work (onsite once a week) with night shift. You will ensure high-quality web projects and automate tests using Cypress.io, collaborating across developers, product managers, and QA teams to optimize testing processes.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of QA experience, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, and proficiency in JavaScript/Java/C#/Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Upper-intermediate English.
• At least 3 years of QA experience in web-focused environments.
• Extensive experience with Cypress.io for automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, STLC/SDLC, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to generate/optimize tests/data.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (Drupal 9 preferred).
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Java/C#/Python and basics of SQL.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality scripts to test product functionality automatically.
• Design and document automation test strategy and plan; obtain approvals.
• Configure environments and develop test frameworks.
• Create, enhance, debug, and run test cases; monitor defects.
• Manage changes, run regression tests, report to QA Lead.
• Collaborate with developers, product marketing managers to improve automation workflows.
• Interact with customers/clients to resolve issues and report progress.
• Identify cases suitable for automation and coordinate with manual QA.
