Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to ensure high-quality website projects. You will design and implement automated tests, define testing scope, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and delivery speed.

The role requires 3+ years of QA experience in web environments, strong Cypress.io skills, and knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and AI-assisted testing tools. A hybrid work model and night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• At least 3 years of professional QA experience in web-focused software environments
• Extensive experience writing and maintaining automated tests with Cypress.io
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, STLC/SDLC, and Agile delivery
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to generate/optimize test cases, scripts, or data
• Familiarity with Drupal 9 CMS is a plus
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python, and SQL basics
• Knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML
• Experience with Jira or equivalent defect-tracking tools
• Ability to work with ticketing/workflow tools
• Good problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Effective communication in a multi-cultural corporate environment
• Understanding of Scrum/Agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality scripts that automatically test product functionality
• Design and document automated test strategy
• Create an automation test plan and obtain approval
• Configure environments and automate framework designs
• Create, enhance, debug, and run test cases
• Track and monitor defects and regression tests
• Resolve issues related to object identity and error handling
• Interact with customers/clients to address issues and provide updates
• Identify automation candidates and coordinate with manual QA engineers
• Report progress to QA Lead and develop automation aligned with client requirements
• Collaborate with developers, product marketing managers to improve workflow
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate ongoing process improvements and quality advocacy
