Job summary

Ivoclar is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to strengthen quality, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate nonconformities, monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and support data-driven improvements in a regulated environment.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, ensure standards, and maintain high quality across processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in QA or regulated settings are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years in QA or regulated environments.
• Proficient in MS Excel with data handling, KPI monitoring and trend analysis.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in MedTech or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess and document nonconformities and related actions.
• Monitor KPIs and support data-driven improvements through trend analyses.
• Prepare reports and contribute to cross-functional process improvements.
