Job summary

Datagen Facilities OPC is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to strengthen call center QA processes in the Philippines. The role focuses on policy development, audits, and ensuring adherence to QA standards.

You will perform inspections, identify production issues, and collaborate with supervisors to implement effective solutions, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of BPO experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Resourceful and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and QA audits of agents' call logs.
• Identify and resolve workflow and production issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with QA handbook regulations.
• Address issues and discuss proposed solutions with superiors.
