Job summary

MicroSourcing is looking for a QA Analyst to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will design, develop, and execute test plans and cases to ensure product quality across web and backend systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of QA experience, a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, and familiarity with JIRA/TestRail; automation exposure with Selenium/Cypress/Playwright is a plus. We offer flexible work arrangements and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles required.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience in manual testing for web or application-based systems.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across web and/or backend systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Support release cycles by validating deployments and ensuring production readiness.

Your Role

As a QA Analyst, you will:
