Job summary

Brainbox is seeking a QA Administrator to manage the quality management system records for our client. You will maintain registers, controlled documents and audit records, ensuring accuracy, currency and audit readiness while following up actions with staff until closure.

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will work closely with auditors, certification bodies and suppliers, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance across projects in oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. On-site role in Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control, QA/QC administration or a similar administrative role.
• Hands-on experience keeping a register current and following up overdue actions yourself.
• Able to manage several registers and deadlines at the same time.
• Clear and professional email communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Log and track NCRs, feedback, quality events, risks and opportunities for improvement in registers.
• Chase overdue actions with responsible staff and issue monthly overdue/trend reports.
• Close NCRs in the register after QA verification.
• Escalate overdue items, client complaints and discrepancies to the QA Manager.
• Apply document numbering and templates, manage revisions and distribute controlled documents.
• Archive obsolete documents and maintain external documents register.
• Maintain audit schedule, compile evidence packs and track findings to close-out.
• Format and compile project quality plans and questionnaires for approval.
• Administer user access, templates and reports in SafetyCulture and track KPI data.
• Prepare management review packs and take meeting minutes.
