Job summary

Brainbox in the Philippines is seeking a QA Administrator to run the quality management system records for its client. You will maintain registers, controlled documents and audit files to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will coordinate with auditors, ensure action closure, and support document control across NCRs, corrective actions and supplier certificates. This on-site role at our Pampanga office offers day shifts, HMO from day one, training opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in document control and QA/QC administration.
• Ability to maintain registers and chase overdue actions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• On-site work in Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Log and track NCRs, quality events, and corrective actions.
• Maintain document control records and change templates.
• Schedule audits, coordinate with clients and auditors.
• Prepare KPI data and management review packs.
• Assist with supplier certificates and external documents.
