Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Calamba, Philippines, is seeking a Q&R Reliability Technician to support REL monitoring and data evaluation in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. The role requires a bachelor’s in science or engineering and at least 3 years in a reliability lab, plus knowledge of REL machines and proficiency in MS Office.

You will lead the REL monitoring team, manage loading plans, prepare reports, and liaise with internal customers, contributing to process improvements and quality

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Graduate in bachelor's in science, engineering, or any related field
• With a minimum of 3 years of experience handling related tasks in a similar environment (Reliability lab)
• Must have basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes
• With knowledge on different REL machines
• Proficient in MS office applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point

YOUR ROLE

• Lead the REL monitoring team
• Knows and understands the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots
• Load and unload different REL machines
• Perform legwork assigned without supervision
• Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation
• Prepare and provide reports
• Communicate with internal customers
• Prepare loading plans
• Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval
