Job summary

PeopleLogic in Manila, Philippines seeks a Python developer with 6-8 years of experience to design and build robust async services. You will work on FastAPI-based applications, leveraging pydantic models for request/response, and interact with a PostgreSQL backend using modern ORM patterns.

Additional responsibilities include REST API design, structured error handling, Liquibase migrations, and working with Pyarrow/ArrowFlight.

Qualifications

• Proficient in developing async FastAPI services with pydantic models for request/response.
• Experience with modern ORM patterns in PostgreSQL and mapped classes.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and structured error handling.
• Hands-on experience with Liquibase XML changesets for schema migrations.
• Knowledge of Pyarrow/ArrowFlight and testing using pytest and mocks.

Responsibilities
