Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a Control Room Engineer/Operator for its PV farm. You will operate the SCADA system, control HV/MV/LV switchgear, and manage start-up/shutdown procedures to ensure safe, reliable power generation.

You will monitor irradiance, temperature, and dispatch levels while coordinating with engineers and utility centers for alarms and grid compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least two years in the energy sector, with ability to read electrical

Qualifications

• Requires basic ability to understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and system layouts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PV farm SCADA, manage start-up, synchronization, and shutdown of plant and auxiliaries.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation and monitor key parameters such as irradiance, temperature, and load curves.
• Coordinate with engineers and utility communications for alarm rectification and dispatch instructions.
• Maintain compliance with grid codes and regulatory requirements during operation.
