Job summary

Primeinfra seeks a Control Room Engineer/Operator to manage the PV farm through SCADA, including start-up, synchronization, and shutdown of plant and auxiliaries. You will monitor system parameters, respond to alarms, and coordinate with engineers for optimal performance.

The role requires reading electrical drawings, understanding HV/MV/LV switchgear, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• At least 2 years in the energy sector, preferably power plant design or construction.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start-up, synchronize, and shut down the PV farm and related auxiliaries.
• Monitor SCADA alarms and coordinate with engineers to rectify issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety policies.
• Coordinate with utility companies and dispatch instructions during emergencies.
