Job summary

MSK Group Work, Incorporated is seeking a fresh graduate or student for an on-site, full-time role in Olongapo. Responsibilities include MRO coordination, PO creation, ERP data entry, logistics follow-up, and basic accounting support in a back-office environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proficient with Google Sheets/Drive, and able to manage documents and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. We welcome high school graduates or college-level applicants and provide on-site training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level preferred; degree is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Drive for data entry and file organization.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• MRO Coordination: collect site requests, verify stock with warehouse and update tracker daily.
• Create Purchase Orders, arrange delivery or pickup, and process payment requests.
• ERP Data Entry: encode all POs and material updates into the ERP system.
• Logistics: follow up deliveries and scan/upload signed Delivery Orders.
• Accounting Support: organize and submit documents for payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• MRO Coordination: Collect site requests, verify stock with the warehouse and update the Google Sheets tracker daily.
• create Purchase Orders, delivery or pick-up arrangements and process payment requests.
• ERP Data Entry: Encode all Purchase Orders (PO) and Material Request updates directly into the ERP system.
• Logistics: Follow up on deliveries and ensure all signed Delivery Orders (DO) are scanned and uploaded to Google Drive.
• Accounting Support: Organize and submit all digital and physical documentation for payment processing.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or college-level; a degree
