Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from the list or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or strategic procurement experience strictly within the telecom carrier industry.
• Proven experience handling wholesale telecom procurement, carrier partnerships, or SMS/OTP/voice services.
• Strong network and active professional relationships with telecom operators and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of A2P SMS routing, cloud communications infrastructure, OTP systems, and voice termination operations.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience handling high-value contracts and cost optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian telecommunications regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving capabilities in telecom environments.
• Highly independent, proactive, and capable of cross-border collaboration in hybrid settings.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; local language proficiency is a plus.
