Job summary

Greenbulb Communications in Quezon City, Philippines, seeks a Public Relations professional to manage client PR portfolios, promote brands, and drive sales via news items, press releases, product placements, and social media. You will develop strategies, lead plans, and ensure timely execution while overseeing teams and budgets.

The role requires strong media relations, excellent written and verbal skills, and 2–3 years PR experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing and Advertising/Media.
• At least 2-3 years of Public Relations experience.
• Strong written and oral communications with media relations and account management experience.
• Ability to plan and execute concepts with teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop Communications strategies and plans for clients/accounts.
• Manage timely implementation and execution of plans.
• Regularly meets with clients to ensure plans are executed.
• Budget Management - Heads accounting for monies utilized for events and projects.
• Creation of CEs (communication essentials)
• Oversees select and timely deliverables to clients.
• Coordinates with Accounting Department to ensure clients are billed.
• Creation and development of press release materials, briefing books, and executive speeches.
• Management of Associates.
• Pitching of interviews and exclusive features under Media Relations.
• Assists in Media Management under Media Relations.
• Assists in development of pitches under Business Development.
• Routinely invests in building agency morale and capacities under team culture.
