Job summary

Greenpeace Sea Foundation in Manila seeks a PH-Public Engagement and Action Campaigner to lead public engagement, movement building, field logistics, and NVDA design. You will mobilize communities, strengthen activist networks, and manage action assets to amplify campaign impact through People Power.

This is a permanent role based in Manila. This position requires 3–5 years of frontline organizing experience, fluent English and Filipino, and a track record in non-violent action, volunteer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Development Studies.
  • 3–5 years in community organizing and volunteer program management.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop public engagement strategies and NVDA plans.
  • Organize offline community events and volunteer workshops.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain volunteers through end-to-end journeys.
  • Lead logistical planning and risk assessment for NVDA.
  • Oversee warehouse/hub and logistics inventory.
  • Track volunteers and campaign involvement in databases.
  • Collaborate with GPSEA teams to advance One GPSEA priorities.
  • Ensure non-violence, safety, and safeguarding throughout actions.
