Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of NGO experience in project development, grant proposal drafting, MEL tracking and report writing.
• Strong research and analytical writing skills, data organization, MEL frameworks, English and Filipino fluency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Country Representative and GPSEA-PH programme team in program development, donor reporting, and data synthesis.
• Maintain understanding of donor requirements, MEL methodologies, and grant management.
• Draft narrative and technical components of grant proposals and funder reports.
• Track MEL frameworks and consolidate outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators.
• Coordinate with GPSEA regional teams and partner organizations to gather project data.
• Deliver high-quality grant reports and MEL tracking updates within deadlines.
• Ensure documentation adheres to donor guidelines and GPSEA brand standards.
