Job summary

Greenpeace Sea Foundation is seeking a PH-Country Representative to lead national campaigns and governance from the Manila office. The role requires strategic oversight, advocacy with government and partners, and broad stakeholder engagement to advance environmental justice.

The incumbent will coordinate the Country Coordination Team, ensure program delivery and risk management, and build alliances with NGOs, donors, and media while aligning with GPSEA priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of senior leadership experience in NGO management.
• Proven track record in political advocacy, media representation, and coalition building.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic national campaign and program planning aligned with regional goals.
• Represent GPSEA-PH with government bodies and media.
• Oversee budgets and governance, ensure compliance and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-departmental alignment and program delivery.
• Line-manage the country programme team.
