Job summary

Anytime Fitness Cebu IT Park is hiring a PT Business Manager (PTBM) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.

You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world-class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs. Willing to work full-time, on-site in Cebu IT Park.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as fitness leader or Fitness Manager.
• Data-driven, organized and execution-focused.
• Confident coach and closer who leads by example.
• Committed to service excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
• Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets
• Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategies
• Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standards
• Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction
